Orders and contract formation
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.We may refuse an order for legitimate reasons.If a pricing or product description error occurs, we will contact you.You may reconfirm or cancel the order at that point
Prices and payment
Prices shown include UK VAT where applicable.We accept payment by card and other payment methods shown at checkout.We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch
Delivery and risk
We ship to the UK and use couriers listed on our delivery page.Delivery times are estimates and start when the order leaves our depot.Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.

Cancellation and returns (Your statutory rights)
You have a statutory right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days of receipt.Items must be unused and in original condition unless faulty.We refund the price of returned items once we receive and inspect them.Some goods (eg. personalised or damaged items) may be excluded from returns.
