At Carbo Padel, we want you to be 100% satisfied that the technical specifications of your gear meet your needs. We offer a simple, straightforward return process.
How to Request a Return (Standard Returns)
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in unused condition.
Request: Log in to your Carbo Padel account, navigate to “Orders,” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Free Label: Once your request is approved, we will email you a Free Prepaid Return Label (for UK Mainland customers).
Ship: Securely pack your item(s) and drop off the parcel at any designated courier location.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your full refund (excluding any initial express shipping charges) will be processed within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Crucial Return Condition Note (IMPORTANT)
To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned in the exact same condition as they arrived, complete with all original packaging.
Rackets: The plastic protective wrapping MUST remain intact on the racket handle. If this plastic is removed or the racket shows any evidence of use (scuff marks, ball fluff, grip wear), the return will be refused and the item returned to you.
Hygiene/Custom Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, sports drinks bottles, or any product that has been customized specifically for you.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. To cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
Timeline: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the courier has collected your package, you must follow the standard return process above.
Refund: Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within $1$ business day.
Faulty or Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us ASAP so we can resolve the issue with minimal downtime for your game.
Report the Issue: Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach clear photos or a short video showing the fault.
Resolution: Our technical team will quickly review the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable.
Return Shipping: If a return is necessary, we will always provide a free prepaid return label for the faulty item.
